Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • All orders are which have selected our standard shipping service will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the moment the order is placed.
  • We can ship to most destinations in the world. Customs policies vary from country to country and unfortunately we have no control over how your country determines customs fees.  Fitify Apparel cannot be held accountable for these extra charges and will not reimburse any costs.
  • When you place an order, we estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your order and the shipping option you choose.
  • We will endeavour to deliver an order by the date and/or times requested, however delivery times are estimates only and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery whatsoever.
  • Remember to check your basket and delivery information to ensure everything is correct before submitting your order as we may not be able to amend/cancel your order once it has been submitted.

Delivery Estimates: 

  • Standard delivery in the UK may take 3-5 days for delivery
  • Standard delivery Worldwide may take 7-14 days for delivery

Returns/Exchange/Faulty Items:

  • You can return any item for a refund within 7 days of receiving your original order.
  • You can also exchange your item within 28 days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original product you ordered. If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product.
  • If your product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer support team here. You will be asked to send photos of the fault, this is to simply speed up the process of rectifying the issue you're having.
  • You as the customer, are liable for your parcel until the moment it reaches Fitify Apparel. We recommend sending returns on a recorded delivery to avoid any issues with your return reaching us.

Please note

  • We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on any items which have been washed or used
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
